MeerCommunity – Meer Startups for the Region“ is a project to promote the startup culture at the University of Applied Science Emden/Leer. The project is funded by the German Ministry of Economics and Energy (EXIST V) and the Ministry for Ecocnomics and Culture of Lower Saxony.

“Start-up EDR” is a project intended to develop a cross-border ecosystem for start-ups in the Ems-Dollart-region. This region consists of the three northern Dutch provinces and the north-west of Germany (the Ems-Achse growth region and the adjacent Weser-Ems region).

Start-up Port Emden is an accelerator program for start-ups with projects in the fields of logistics and maritime economy. It specifically addresses start-up teams that are still at the beginning of their idea or need support immediately after the launch. Apart from logistics and the maritime economy we also take other ideas on board.
